I've had a great experience at this gym in Yuma. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has everything I need for a good workout. One of my favorite features is the sauna, it's a great way to relax and recover after training. A big shoutout to the manager, Mike. He's friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the members. He goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome and keeps the gym running smoothly. If you're looking for a great place to work out in Yuma, I definitely recommend checking this gym out!

I’ve been to a lot of gyms, and this Crunch has one of the better atmospheres around. The staff is friendly, the equipment stays in good shape, and it’s easy to tell people actually enjoy being there. Big congratulations to Kaylanie on her promotion to Assistant General Manager. She’s always been helpful, positive, and seems like someone who genuinely cares about both the members and the staff. Definitely a well-earned promotion. Mike has done a solid job as General Manager. The gym runs smoothly, the team seems well put together, and that usually starts with good leadership. One employee who’s really stood out is Brendan. It’s been cool watching his growth from working the front desk as an everyday rep to becoming one of the familiar faces of management everyone knows. He’s always willing to help, keeps the energy up, and you can tell he’s bigger than just the position he’s in. Wouldn’t be surprised at all if one day he’s running his own business. Overall, it’s a clean gym with a great team and a welcoming environment. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a place to train.

I've been really impressed with Crunch Fitness Yuma. The gym is always clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the equipment is new and well maintained. A special shoutout to Mike, the manager, who was incredibly helpful. He took the time to go over my membership and even put together a great workout plan to help me reach my goals. The customer service here is outstanding, and the overall atmosphere makes it a great place to work out. In my opinion, it's a much better experience than the other gyms in Yuma, especially 24/7 Get Fit, and 4th Ave. Highly recommend!

I did 1 year membership and 6 month physical training sessions. All was well until I did NOT want to renew my physical training. Due to them hiring and firing and turn over rate of physical training Directors everyone had different ways to manage rules. It was annoying, sales floor people could not cancelled my membership tried for 6 months paying for a forced membership. So I tried sending emails to the Physical trainer directors nothing, I had to go when one of their directors was there, then I had 2 withdrawn physical training sessions paid because my credit card is saved on filed. I did not have time to come and schedule them, I was okay not doing them. Then they hired the last director Sean I came and he said he would cancelled it after speaking in person, and i even said look this is the 3rd time I tried to cancelled theres cameras right? He said yes. But then 2 months passed, I began to received calls it was not cancelled. I was in disbelief, so I went back months later Sean is no longer employed there. My account was re-opened and by this time I come to find out my account was sent to collections gpr $2,000 i asked how????? saying I had authorized at $2,000 physical trai

Super nice front desk people. Came by here to use the Hydromassage on my way to stay the night in Yuma on a roadtrip. Thank you for nationwide access on my membership it's so convenient and nice to enjoy 😊
